Why Pre Book Airport Hotels?

Can I book at short notice?

Can I book my hotel stay for my return instead of the night before departure?

Yes if you are booking just accommodation this booking can be made online, however if you are including airport parking within your hotel package you will need to contact one of our brokers direct by phone so they can manually make this booking ensuring that you can park your car for the duration of your break yet stay at the hotel on your return.

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days if I choose airport parking?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Wednesday to Wednesday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive. So please make sure to be as accurate as possible when adding in times if you decide to make an airport parking booking only.
